Cancellation Policy According to the Consumer Protection Law:

You may cancel the transaction and return products such as “BUMI” carriers and any other complementary equipment sold on the website, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Law.

Subject to the above and below, the order placer (not the recipient) may return any product purchased from the website within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product at the recipient’s address or from the date of receipt of the document containing the transaction details (whichever is later) and receive a monetary refund. Without detracting from the above, you can use the dedicated link found on the company’s homepage in the Customer Service area or through one of the following methods:

A refund will be issued within 72 hours from the moment the package is received (and no later than one month from the purchase) without a refund of shipping costs, if applicable.

In your cancellation notice, you must specify your name and ID number. You must also return the product received to “BUMI” along with the invoice and/or a copy of the order confirmation sent to you via email.

If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, you are entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date the product was received at the recipient’s address, provided that the transaction involved communication between the customer and the company, including communication via electronic means. In the case of such a cancellation request, the company may require you to present documentation proving that you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant. After returning the product, you will be refunded the amount you paid within 14 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice.

If the cancellation of the order is not due to a defect in the product, a mismatch between the product or service and the details provided by “BUMI,” a failure to deliver the product or service on the scheduled date, or any other breach by the company, “BUMI” may charge you a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, with the return of the product being your responsibility. It should be clarified that even if you canceled the order before the product was received at the recipient’s address, “BUMI” will be entitled to charge you the cancellation fee as stated.

No monetary credit will be issued for products for which no payment has been made.

Product Exchange:

You can return/exchange the product if it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging with a replacement note/receipt.
Exchanges will be carried out by a courier to your home, who will deliver the new product and collect the product you wish to return/exchange for a shipping fee of 40 NIS.

Exchanges/Returns During Sales:

Items purchased during a sale can be returned/exchanged within 5 business days from the moment the package is received.

Cancellation of the transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2011 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
